Sale of Norske Skog Boyer

Norske Skog has entered into agreement with Boyer Capital Pty Ltd, to sell the Boyer mill at an enterprise value of approximately NOK 190 million. The transaction is expected to be completed during the first quarter of 2025.

Norske Skog Skogn signs 3-year power contract

Statkraft and Norske Skog Skogn have entered into a 3-year industrial power agreement for the supply of approximately 1 TWh (40 MW) during the period 2027–2029 to the company's paper mill in Skogn (Norway). Together with previous contracts, the agreement secures a significant portion of the mill's power supply at competitive terms through 2030.

Notice of annual general meeting

Norske Skog ASA will hold its annual general meeting on April 10, 2025, at 13:00 CET, as a virtual meeting at https://dnb.lumiagm.com/116729890. The notice, the web link to the meeting, and the registration, voting, and proxy forms are available on www.norskeskog.com. The notice will be sent to all shareholders with a known address today. The annual report will be published on March 20, 2025.

Golbey to start containerboard production in April

Norske Skog Golbey will commence production of recycled containerboard in April and start delivery of its first customer volumes. Finalising the pre-commissioning at the containerboard machine is the main outstanding item before the project is completed and production can start. There is no change in the budget for the project.

Golbey starter produksjon av emballasjepapir i april

Norske Skog Golbey vil starte produksjon av resirkulert emballasjepapir i april og med leveranser til de første kundene. Nå gjenstår klargjøring av emballasjepapirmaskinen før prosjektet blir endelig ferdigstilt og produksjonen kan starte. Det er ingen budsjettendringer i prosjektet.
